About Lookups

When using your Orckestra Commerce Cloud platform Lookups are an invaluable tool. In order to use Lookups to their full potential, you must first understand what they are and how they work.

A Lookup is a list that can be added as a Custom Attribute to a Custom Profile. This list should contain values that could all be swapped for each other. Types of information that work best as Lookups include:

Sizes
Colors
Days of the Week
Timezones

Once added to a Custom Profile, an end user can be made to select either one or multiple Lookups from the available values.
