Creating an order from an active cart

As a CSR, you can assist customers who have website issues while placing orders. For example, you can retrieve all items placed in a cart and convert them to an order.

1. In the Customers module, select and click a Customer.

This will bring up the Customer Details panel.

2. Click Active Carts tab.
3. Select the appropriate Cart.
4. Click Convert to Order.

The customer will have to provide credit card information before you complete the order on their behalf.
