Shipment Statuses

Shipments are assigned or offered to stores according to the rules set by your organization, that is, either in competition mode, by selecting the least recently used (LRU) locationaccording to each store's geographical location.

After a shipment is accepted, the shipment status reflects its stage within the defined workflow.

To change the status of an order, tap the action button at the bottom of the window.

An arrow is displayed on the button when a single action is possible. Tap the arrow to execute the action without a confirmation message.
An icon is displayed on the button when multiple actions can be selected. Tap this icon to reveal a list of actions you can choose from.

An order shipment with a Picking in progress or Packing in progress status cannot be updated while an other user is fulfilling the order. When an order shipment is fulfilled by an other user, the action buttons are dimmed or hidden. Only administrators can cancel picking or packing for another user.

Start Picking

Picking in Progress The picking process has begun but has not yet been completed.

Mark as Completed or Cancel Picking

Ready for Packing The items have been picked and are ready to be packed for shipping.

Start Packing

Packing in Progress The items are being packed and the packing slip is being printed.

Print Packing Slip

Complete packing to indicate that the parcels are ready to be shipped, transferred or picked up by the customer.

Cancel Packing

Ready for Booking

The shipment is ready to be shipped to the customer's shipping address. You can now ask the system to select a carrier and to attribute tracking numbers to the parcel(s).

Ready for Shipping

The shipping label can now be printed. The carrier must be notified that a pickup is required. Indicate that shipping is completed by tapping the action button when the carrier has picked up the parcel(s).

Complete Shipping

Ready for Pickup The customer has been notified by email that their order is ready. The parcels are waiting to be picked up by the customer.

Cancel Pickup

Ready for Transfer The shipment is ready to be sent to the pickup location selected by the customer.

Complete Transfer

Pending Reception

The shipment is in transit between the store that fulfilled the order and the store selected by the customer as a pickup location.

Accept the shipment

Shipping Completed

The shipment has left the store, it has been handed over to the carrier. The customer receives an email containing a shipment confirmation and a payment receipt. They will receive an email of this type for every shipment in the order. When the last shipment leaves the store, if the order contains multiple shipments, the customer will receive a confirmation that the final shipment is on its way that all their items have been shipped.

 

Transfer Completed

The shipment has left the store, it has been sent to the pickup location.

 

Pickup Completed

The customer has retrieved their purchases.

 

In an order list, regardless of the order shipment status, you can swipe left to reject the order shipment. The order shipment will be rerouted to another store or warehouse. For more information, see Rejecting a Shipment
