Add New Shipping Provider Dialog
ORDER MANAGEMENT > ORDER > ADMINISTRATION
Use the Add New Shipping Provider dialog to create new shipping providers for the Orchestration Console. Shipping providers are added to a scope.

In the Navigation panel, select Shipping Providers. |
The Shipping Providers page is displayed. This appears empty until you select a sales scope.

In the Scope Selector, select a sales or a dependent sales scope. |
The list of shipping providers currently associated to the selected sales scope is displayed.
|

In the toolbar click  Add. |
The Add New Shipping Provider dialog box is displayed.
The Add New Shipping Provider dialog contains the following controls and commands:

Name
|
Specifies a name for the new shipping provider. Creating a shipping provider with the same name as an existing one in a parent scope cuts any inheritance from the one in the parent scope.
|

Type
|
Specifies the type of shipping provider. Multiple shipping providers can be created based on one type. Multiple shipping providers of different types can be added to one scope. Each shipping provider type has Settings that you must configure and then activate.
The following choices represent the built-in Orckestra Commerce Cloud shipping providers. Custom shipping provider types, deemed appropriate to your business needs, can also be available here.

PickUpShippingProvider - Offer one rate for pick-up orders. |

FlatRateShippingProvider - Offer a single fixed rate for all shipments regardless of their size or value. |

TieredPriceRateShippingProvider - Offer multiple shipping rates based on the value of a customer's cart. |
|

|
TieredQuantityRateShippingProvider - Offer multiple shipping rates based on the number of items in the customer's cart. |
