SET Customer Password Dialog

Use the Set Customer Password dialog to assign a new password to a customer account.

Accessing the Set Customer Password dialog:

You can access the Set Customer Password dialog from the Customer Details panel.

1. In the Customer Details panel, select the Account tab.
2. Click the Reset Password button.

The New Password dialog box is displayed.

The Set Customer Password dialog contains the following controls and commands:

Name

Description

Send Reset Password email to customer

Sends an email to the customer so that they can create the new password themselves.

Type new password radio button

Enter a new password for the customer.

Type new password text box

Specifies the new password for the customer.

Retype password text box

Allows you to confirm that you typed the new password correctly.
