Request Order Status Change Dialog

Use the Request Order Status Change dialog box to change the status of an order.

Accessing the Request Order Status Change dialog:

1. Use the Scope Selector to select the Scope that you want.
2. Filter the list as necessary.
3. In the Orders list on the Orders page, select the order that you want to modify.
4. Double-click the order that you want to view.

The Order Details panel is displayed with the Items panel open. You can see the Order Status in the Order Info section of the Order Summary Panel.

5. In the Details panel toolbar, click   Hold Order,   Resume Order, or   Cancel button.

The Request Order Status Change dialog appears.

The Request Order Status Change dialog contains the following controls and commands:

Description

(message)

You are requesting an order status change for this order Order # XYYYY.

Order Status

Current status of the order (New, In Progress, On Hold, Canceled, Shipped) 

Reason

List of possible reasons (Business Model dependent) to put the order on hold or to cancel it.

Text entry box. Enter your reason for putting a hold on the order or canceling it.
