Profile Configuration Details Panel
Use the Profile Configuration Details panel to configure options that help you manage your website.
Accessing the Profile Configuration Details panel:
1. | In the Navigation panel select Configuration. |
The Profile Configuration Details panel is displayed.
The Profile Configuration Details Panel consists of the following tabs:
System Configuration Tab
The System Configurations tab is displayed by default when you view the Profile Configurations Details panel. Use this tab to configure the type of login accepted by your website and the password reset and password strength options for user accounts.
The System Configuration tab contains the following controls and commands:
Name |
Description |
---|---|
Login Type |
Specifies whether customers will log in with a username or their email address. |
Allow Unregistered Customers |
Specifies whether to allow or prohibit the creation of unregistered customers in the Orchestration Console. The default value is 'No', meaning you cannot create unregistered customers. |
Email Address |
(Default). Specifies that customers will log in with their email address. |
Username |
Specifies that customers will log in with a username. |
Password Reset Options |
Specifies whether passwords can be entered manually |
Auto Generate Only |
(Default). Specifies that only automatically generated passwords will be used to reset a user's password. |
Allow Manual Entry |
Allows you to use manual entry to reset a user's password. |
Password Strength Options |
Specifies the options that determine the strength of password required for user accounts. |
Minimum Length |
Specifies the minimum length of a user's password. Default value: 6 Minimum value: 5 |
Minimum Non-Alphanumeric Characters |
Specifies the minimum number of special (non-alphanumeric) characters that must be included in a user's password. |
Password Strength Regular Expression |
Allows you to use a Regex expression to define additional validation rules for user passwords. |

Custom Configuration Tab
You can use the Custom Configuration tab to create your own configuration settings.
The Custom Configuration tab contains the following controls and commands:

Description |

Name |
Indicates the name of the custom configuration setting. |
Value |
Specifies the value of the custom configuration setting. The value is stored as a string. |
To sort the list of settings by name:
• | Click the header of the Name column. |
The list of settings will cycle through being sorted in ascending then descending order.
