Schedule Fulfillment Panel
Use the Schedule Fulfillment panel to pick a time slot for pick-ups or deliveries from a store defined schedule.
The Scheduled Fulfillment Panel is only displayed when your Administrator has set up the pickup and delivery hours for your store to use store defined time slots. If standard one hour time slots are configured, you will see the Schedule Fulfillment Dialog.
You can access the Schedule Fulfillment panel from the New Order Lightbox or the Order Modification Lightbox.
Accessing the Schedule Fulfillment Panel when creating an order:
1. | Use the Scope Selector to select a sales or dependent Scope. |
The Create New Order button becomes available.
You cannot create an order from the Global scope
2. | In the Navigation panel toolbar, click the Create New Order button. |
The New Order lightbox is displayed.
3. | In the Customer tab select the customer that the order is being placed for, then specify the order type. |
4. | If necessary, in the Destination tab, specify the delivery address. |
5. | In the Order Location tab, specify the store that will process the order. |
a. | Select the Specific Date and Time radio button or the Edit Date & Time link. |
The Schedule Fulfillment Panel is displayed.
Accessing the Schedule Fulfillment Panel when modifying an order:
6. | Double-click the order that you want to modify. |
The Order Details panel is displayed.
7. | In the Details panel toolbar click ![]() |
The Order Modification lightbox is displayed.
8. | In the Fulfillment tab, in the Schedule & Cost column, select the Specific Date and Time radio button or the Edit Date & Time link. |
The Schedule Fulfillment Panel is displayed.
The Schedule Fulfillment panel contains the following controls and commands:

(Schedule heading) |
Contains the name of the Panel and a slider to adjust the vertical scale of the day/time grid. |
Adjust scale slider |
Click and drag to adjust the vertical scale of the grid. |
(calendar icons) |
The left icon displays a daily view on the calendar and the right icon displays a weekly view (the default). |
Expected Fulfillment Status |
Displays the expected delivery or pick-up status at the store location. |
Current Store Time |
Displays the current time at the selected order location in two formats, local time and the Universal Time Coordinated ( UTC) time at the location. |
Month |
Month name and date. |

Previous & Next calendar buttons to select the day or week depending on the view you've selected. |

Date and time calendar. The calendar displays supported, available dates and times. Select a supported date and time on the calendar and the system reserves this date and time for the fulfillment of your order. |
