Group Details Panel
Use the Group Details Panel to view the Members, Users and Groups, and Roles associated with the Group.
Groups are not managed in the Orchestration Console; they are directly managed by an IT Administrator in the Active Directory (AD) or in the Windows Azure Active Directory (Windows Azure AD).
Accessing the Group Details panel:
| 1. | In the Groups tab, select a Group and double-click it. |
The Groups Details panel opens.
The Group Details panel consists of the following tabs:
Properties Tab
The Properties tab is displayed by default when you view the Group Details panel. Use the Properties tab to view the Group Display Name and its Active Directory (AD) or Windows Azure Active Directory (Windows Azure AD) ID, information fetched from the AD or the WAAD.

Members Tab
The Members tab displays basic information about the Users associated with the Group and the number of users in the Group. The list is fetched from the Active Directory (AD) or the Windows Azure Active Directory (Windows Azure AD).
You cannot edit the contents of this tab in the Orchestration Console.
The Members tab contains the following information:

The Usernames of the members associated with this group. |
Roles Tab
Use the Roles tab to view and assign System and Custom Roles to the Group (and by extension its members) instead of assigning the Roles to Users individually.
The Roles tab contains the following information and controls:
