Deleting Price Lists
When a price list was created by mistake or if it is no longer relevant, you can delete the price list from the Price Lists tab in the Commerce Management application.
Price lists that have an end date are automatically moved from the Current list to the Past list when they expire.
| 1. | Click the Price Lists tab. |
| 2. | Using the Scope Selector, select a scope as required. |
| 3. | Click a Price List filter button: |
Past - All price lists with an end date before today.
Current - All price lists with a start date before today, and an end date after today.
Future - All price lists with a start date after today.
You can only delete price lists that are in the Future. To ensure data integrity, Past or Current price lists cannot be deleted.
| 4. | Browse the price list and click the Price List that you want to delete. |
| 5. | Click Delete. |
A confirmation message is displayed: Are you sure you want to delete this price list? The price list will be deleted in this sales scope and its dependent scopes.
| 6. | Click Yes to confirm the price list deletion. |
At any time, click Close the window 
in the upper-right corner of the screen to return to the Price List tab.
