Rejecting a Shipment

As a store manager or picker, you can decline an order recently assigned to your fulfillment location. Once the shipment is accepted, pickers may need to reject a shipment while completing the fulfillment process, for example, because items were damaged during processing or because they are being used as demos in the store.

It is not possible to reject a single item. If you are unable to fulfill the entire shipment, you must reject the entire shipment.

A shipment can be rejected at any time once it has been accepted.

Important: Shipments with Shipping in Progress and Shipping Complete statuses cannot be rejected because they have already left your store.

Note: Shipments with a Pending Response status cannot be rejected, however, they can be declined. See Declining a Shipment for more information.

To reject a shipment:

1. Tap on an order from the list.
2. In the order details, swipe left.
3. A confirmation message appear at the top of the screen, tap OK.
4. An acknowledgment message appear to let you know that the shipment will be reassigned to another store. Tap OK.
