Manage Shipments

You can use the Order Management application in Orckestra Commerce Cloud to view and manage shipments.

Shipment status processing explained:

A shipment status is considered as completed when there is no status that follows in the configured workflow.
An activity extracts the list of shipments when the fulfillment date is after the current UTC time by 15 minutes and the shipment status is not completed. A needs attention flag is added to the list of shipments to highlight which shipments require attention.
When you change the shipment status of a shipment flagged as requiring attention, the needs attention flags on the shipment in the shipment list and in the order detail panel becomes a refresh button that cannot be clicked.

When any shipment requires attention, regardless of whether any filters are selected, a needs attention flag appears at the top right of the screen and the following message is displayed: There are shipments requiring attention.
