Manage Shipments

You can use the Order Management application in Orckestra Commerce Cloud to view and manage shipments.
Shipment status processing explained:

A shipment status is considered as completed when there is no status that follows in the configured workflow. |

An activity extracts the list of shipments when the fulfillment date is after the current UTC time by 15 minutes and the shipment status is not completed. A needs attention flag is added to the list of shipments to highlight which shipments require attention. |

When you change the shipment status of a shipment flagged as requiring attention, the needs attention flags on the shipment in the shipment list and in the order detail panel becomes a refresh button that cannot be clicked. |
When any shipment requires attention, regardless of whether any filters are selected, a needs attention
flag appears at the top right of the screen and the following message is displayed: There are shipments requiring attention.
