Managing Customers

Customers can be of the following types:

•

Guest - These customers have no login account and are created through your commerce website. A customer record is not created in the Customer module for a guest user. However, their orders are recorded in the Order module.

Registered - These are customers who have a login account. A customer record is created in the Customer module and their orders are also displayed in the Order module.

•

Unregistered - A customer record is created in the Customer module but they do not have credentials to log on the web site. Their orders are displayed in the Order module.
