View Payment Information
You can view payment details by using the Payments tab in the Order Details panel. You can view saved payment methods by using the Saved Payments tab in the Customer Details panel.
For Moneris® payment provider a payment profile is only available in the store that it has been created for.
| 1. | In the order listing, double-click the Order that you want to display. |
| 2. | Click the Payments tab. |
| 3. | Click the View Details link. |
The Payment Details panel opens and displays the details of the Payment for this Order.
Displaying saved payment methods:
Saved Payment methods are viewed from the Customer Details Panel.
The services to view a saved payment are available for consumption from an external website.
| 1. | Double-click a customer record then click the Saved Payments tab. A list of payment profiles associated with the customer is displayed. |
| 2. | Click the Saved Payments tab. The saved payment methods associated with the customer record are displayed. |
