Adding Template Variables
SETTINGS > ADMINISTRATION
You can add template variables for each scope defined in the system by using the Settings application.

In the Navigation panel on the left, click Template Variables. A list of list of all the template variables that are defined in the Global scope is displayed by default. |

Select the scope that you require by using the Scope selector. A list of all the template variables that are associated with the selected scope is displayed. |

Click Add. The Create Variable dialog opens. |

Type a Name for your new template variable. |
|

|
Click Ok to confirm the addition. The template variable is added to the Template Variables list and the Template Variables details panel opens. |

4.

Complete the required fields as follows: |

a.
|
Type a Display Name (when in edit mode you can change the display name, but not the template name). |
|
d.
|
OPTIONAL: Type Other languages values as required. |
|
5.
|
When you are finished, click Save. |
