Analytics Application Roles
Access to the reports and data contained in the reports is restricted by user role permissions with the Analytics application:

A Security Administrator can grant one of the roles below and with it access to the Reports application for any scope: |

|
Order Reports Reader- Can view reports for Order and Customer. |
|
•
|
Marketing Reports Reader - Can view and reports for Marketing. |
|
•
|
Commerce Reports Reader- Can view the Product Prices by Price List report. |
|
•
|
Products Reports Reader - Can view the Product Prices by Price List report. The Product Reports Reader role does not have access to any reports until they are created and assigned a category. |
Important: The scope parameter only contains scopes and associated child scopes that the user has access to.
Additionally, a Security Administrator may also grant administration permissions to the Analytics application for the Global Scope.
Note: The order location parameter only contains the order locations related to scopes and associated child scopes that the user has access to.
