Modifying Lookups
Use the Lookup details panel to make any changes to a lookup

In the Navigation Panel select Lookups. |

Double-click the lookup that you want to modify.
|

Make the required changes. |

In the Display Names tab, you can edit the Default and alternate language Values. |
|

|
In the Settings tab, you can edit the Display Names of existing options, set the Active status, and choose the language. |
|

|
To add another option, click the Add New Value icon.
|

|
Provide a unique name for the new option and click OK. |
|
5.
|
Set the Sort Order of the values. The Sort Order determines the order in which the values will be listed. |
|
6.
|
Click Save. |
