Modifying Lookups

Use the Lookup details panel to make any changes to a lookup

Editing a lookup:

1. In the Navigation Panel select Lookups.
2. Double-click the lookup that you want to modify.
3. Make the required changes.
a. In the Display Names tab, you can edit the Default and alternate language Values.
b. In the Settings tab, you can edit the Display Names of existing options, set the Active status, and choose the language.
4. To add another option, click the Add New Value icon.
a. Provide a unique name for the new option and click OK.
5. Set the Sort Order of the values. The Sort Order determines the order in which the values will be listed.
6. Click Save icon Save.
