Enable Order Auditing
ORDER MANAGEMENT > ORDER > ADMINISTRATION
Use order auditing to track the history of any changes to orders in Orckestra Commerce Cloud. When enabled any changes made to an order are recorded in the order notes of the order along with the user who made the change and the date and time that the change was made.

In the Navigation panel, select Configuration. |
The Order Configuration Details panel is displayed.

Select the System Configuration tab. |
|
3.
|
Set the Enable system logging of order activities to Yes. |
|
4.
|
In the Navigation panel, select Configuration. |
|
5.
|
Select the System Configuration tab. |
|
6.
|
Set the Enable system logging of order activities to No. |
