Select an existing address
You can use the Edit Address panel to select an existing address from the address book for the current Customer when in the Order Modification lightbox.
When a shipment has the Delivery or the Shipping method specified, the Destination address information is required to complete the order.
If the Customer Record has a Preferred Shipping Address, this address will be associated with the initial shipment. All subsequent shipments added to the order, will adopt the same address of the last shipment.
The Information section will remain blank until a Fulfillment Type is selected. The Information will remain blank if the Fulfillment Type is set to Ship to store or Pick-Up.
Selecting an Existing Address:
1. | In the Order Modification lightbox, at the bottom of the Fulfillment section, click the Edit Addresslink. The Edit Address panel slides open. |
2. | OPTIONAL: If necessary, select the Address tab. |
3. | In the Identification section of the panel, click the Address Book radio button. |
4. | In the Name list box, select an address. |
5. | Click ![]() |
When the Preferred Shipping Address has not been set, you must add the Shipping or Delivery address.
