Take Ownership of an Order
ORDER MANAGEMENT > ORDER > ORDERS
You can take ownership of an order from the Order Modification lightbox.

1.

Double-click the Order that you want to modify. |
|
2.

In the Details panel toolbar click  Edit Order. |
|
3.

If the order is already being modified by someone else you might be prompted to take ownership. Do one the following: |

Click Override to take ownership of the order including any changes saved by the previous owner. |
|
•
|
Click Dismiss to take ownership of the order and discard any of the previous owner's changes. |
If you already have ownership of the order you might be prompted to resume your work in progress. Do one of the following:

|
Click Resume to take ownership of the order and continue your work in progress. |
|
•
|
Click Dismiss to take ownership of the order and discard any of your previous changes. |
Regardless of the option that you select, this gives you ownership of all order modifications for that order.

Make the required modifications. |
