Managing Product Definitions

Use the Administration page to manage your product definitions in Orchestration Console. From the Products Administration page you can view, create, and modify product definitions.

What is a Product Definition?

The product definition is required to create a product in the Orchestration Console. Think of the product definition as a template to display your product characteristics but also define parameters that are required to communicate with external systems. The product definition includes the Product Display Name, Description, and selected Default, Custom, and Variant Attributes, Attribute Group, and Prices.

The Product definition can only be created by a user with an Administrator Role.
