Disabling a User
SECURITY > PERMISSIONS > USERS
Use the Security Permissions page to deactivate users that are no longer required.

1.

Double-click the User that you want to disable. |
|
2.
|
Select the Profile tab. |
|
3.
|
Clear the Enabled check box. |
A Disable User Profile dialog appears with the following note: Please note that disabling this user profile will prohibit future access to the Orchestration Console. This user profile will be disabled in Active Directory.

4.
|
Click OK to exit the dialog with the changes intact. |
