Disabling a User

Use the Security Permissions page to deactivate users that are no longer required.

Disabling a User:

1. Double-click the User that you want to disable.
2. Select the Profile tab.
3. Clear the Enabled check box.

A Disable User Profile dialog appears with the following note: Please note that disabling this user profile will prohibit future access to the Orchestration Console. This user profile will be disabled in Active Directory.

4. Click OK to exit the dialog with the changes intact.
5. Click Save .
