User Details Panel
Use the User Details Panel to view and modify user details for the selected Orchestration Console User.
Accessing the User Details panel:
1. | Select and double-click a User. |
The User Details panel opens.
Users are not entirely managed in the Orchestration Console. Users are stored in Windows Azure Active Directory (Windows Azure AD) or Active Directory (AD).
The User Details panel consists of the following tabs:
Profile Tab
The Profile tab is displayed by default. Use the Profile tab to complete the address and contact information for the User.
The Profile tab contains the following fields and controls:

Tab section |
Displays the Profile, Groups, Direct Roles, Effective Roles, and Password tabs. Use the tabs to switch back and forth between the tabs. The selected tab appears in red. |
Display Name |
The display name created when the User Profile was added. |
Username |
The unique user name created when the User Profile was added. This must be an email address and cannot be changed. |
First Name |
The first name of the user. Entered when creating the User Profile. |
Last Name |
The last name of the user. Entered when creating the User Profile. |
Department |
The business department that the user works in. |
Job Title |
The job title of the user at the Business. |
Employee Number |
The business employee number of the user. |
Preferred Language |
The preferred language of the user. |
Enabled |
Activates or deactivates the account. |
Phone |
The phone number for the user. |
Mobile |
The mobile phone number for the user. |
Address |
The address of the user. |
City |
The city of residence of the user. |
Country |
The country of residence of the user. |
State/Province |
The state or province of residence of the user. |
Zip/Postal Code |
The Zip or Postal code associated with the address. |

Groups Tab
The Groups tab lists the groups that a user has been associated with. This tab displays basic information about the Groups and the number of the users in the Group. The list is fetched from Windows Azure Active Directory (Windows Azure AD) or Active Directory (AD) where it was assigned by an IT Administrator. The content of this tab cannot be edited.
The Groups tab contains the following information:

The display name of the members associated with this group. |
First Name |
First name of the group members. |
Last Name |
Last name of the group members. |
Username |
The Username of the group members. |
Direct Roles Tab
Use the Roles tab to view and associate System and Custom Roles with the User.
The Direct Roles tab contains the following information and controls:

View: All Applications |
Lists the System Roles and Custom Roles according to the selected application (Product Information, Order Management, Marketing, Settings, Security, Analytics, or Custom). The default is All Applications. |
Role |
The display name for the Role. |
Application |
The Application that the Role was associated with. |
Scope |
The Scope that the Role was associated with. |
Type |
The type of System or Custom Role. |

Effective Roles Tab
Use the Effective Roles tab to view all Roles assigned to the User either directly, through being a group member, or through custom role assignments.
The Effective roles tab contains the following information:

View: All Applications |
You can view All Roles assigned to the user by application. All Applications is the default. |
Role |
Displays the display name of the Role in the default language of the system. |
Application |
The Application that the Role was associated with. |
Scope |
The Scope that the Role was associated with. |
Type |
You can view or specify Role descriptions in all supported languages. |

Password Tab
The Password tab contain a list of radio buttons which you can use to change the password immediately or force a password reset where the user will be requested to change the password the next time they log in.
The Password tab contains the following controls:

Keep Current Password |
The default. No changes will be made to the password unless the user chooses to make them. |
Change Password |
Click to immediately change the password. |
New Password |
Available only if you click theChange Password radio button) Enter a New Password |
Confirm New Password |
Available only if you click theChange Password radio button). Reenter the password |
Force Reset Password |
ClickForce Reset Password to force the user to change the password the next time they log in. |
