Setting Store Fulfillment Options
You can set Store Fulfillment options from the Fulfillment tab in the Store Details Panel.
The Store Fulfillment options that you specify here determine the fulfillment processing and order routing that occurs when creating or modifying an order. This means that the settings specified here determine the fulfillment options that are displayed for a particular store when creating or modifying an order.
Setting Fulfillment Options:
| 1. | Click Stores in the navigation panel. |
| 2. | Select a Store from the Stores list. |
| 3. | Click the Fulfillment tab. |
| 4. | In the Fulfillment Options section, select the Yes or No options that you require from the following: |
| a. | Shipments cannot be fulfilled and can only be picked up from this location (Fulfillment type=Ship to store). The default setting is No. |
Set this option to Yes when you only want order pickup from this location. Orders will be fulfilled from another location.
This option can only be set to YES when all other Fulfillment options are set to NO.
All the items are sent from one or multiple locations to the Destination Store pickup location.
| b. | Shipments can be fulfilled and picked up from this location. |
Set this option to Yes when you want order pickup and/or fulfillment from this location (Fulfillment type= Pick-Up). The default setting is No.
This option can only be set to YES when Shipments cannot be fulfilled and can only be picked up from this location is set to NO.
Items are primarily fulfilled from pickup location inventory and any unavailable items are routed from another location.
| c. | Shipments can be fulfilled from this location and delivered to the customer (Fulfillment type=Delivery). The default setting is No. |
Set this option to YES when you only want to fulfill from this location and deliver directly to customer.
| d. | Shipments can be fulfilled from this location and shipped to the customer (Fulfillment type=Shipping). The default setting is No. |
Set this option to YES when you only want to fulfill from this location and ship directly to customer.
| e. | Shipments can be fulfilled and transferred from this location to another for pick-up (Fulfillment type=Ship to Store). The default setting is No. |
Set this option to YES when you only want to fulfill from this location and transfer to another location for pickup.
This option can only be set to YES when Shipments cannot be fulfilled and can only be picked up from this location: is set to NO.
