Printing Packing Slips and Shipping Labels

Packing slips and shipping and return labels can be viewed and printed once the shipment reaches the following statuses: 

Packing in progress

Note: Only the packing slip is available at this stage because the shipping provider has not yet provided tracking numbers for the shipping and/or return labels.

Ready for shipping and Shipping Completed if the parcel is getting shipped directly to the customer.
Ready for pickup and Transfer Completed if the customer is picking up their purchases in-store.
Ready for Transfer, Pending Reception and Transfer Completed if the customer is picking up their purchases at a store other than the selected pickup location has fulfilled the shipment.

To view the documents 

1. Access the shipment.
2. Tap the printer action button at the bottom-right corner of the window.

Tip: the color of the action button changes depending on the order status. Here is an example from a shipment that is Ready for pickup.

3. Tap the icon to preview the documents in a new browser tab.
4. Tap Closeto return to the shipment.

To print the documents

1. Access the shipment.
2. Tap the printer action button at the bottom-right corner of the window.
3. Tap the check boxes matching the documents you wish to print to select them.
4. Tap Print.
5. Follow the prompts issued by your printer's dialog box.
