Removing Permissions from a Custom ROle

SECURITY > PERMISSIONS > CUSTOM ROLES

You can remove Role permissions from a Custom Role by using the Edit Security Roles Lightbox.

Removing a Role from a Custom Role:

1.

In the Navigation panel, select the Custom Roles tab.

2.

Select a Custom Role and double-click it.

3.

In the Roles tab, click  Edit.

The Edit Security Roles lightbox opens.

4.

Use the Edit Security Roles lightbox to remove Roles from the Custom Role.

a.

Select an Application.

b.

Select a Role and click Remove.

The Role is immediately removed without confirmation.

c.

Click Ok.

5.

When you are finished, click  Save.

Removing all Selected Roles:

1.

In the Selected Roles list, click Remove All.

All Selected Roles are immediately removed from the Selected Roles list without any confirmation.

2.

Click OK to confirm.

3.

Click  Save to confirm your modifications.
