Setting Store Hours
SETTINGS > ADMINISTRATION
Use the Store Hours tab in the Store Details panel to set store hours.

Click Stores in the navigation panel. |

Select a Store from the list. |
|
3.
|
Select the Store Hours tab. |
|
4.
|
In the Time Zone list, select your time zone from the list of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) zones. In most cases, this is the same as Greenwich Mean Time + or - n hours. |
By default, stores are open 24 hours a day. However, you can manually set store hours.

Click Stores in the navigation panel. |

Select a Store from the list. |
|
3.
|
Select the Store Hours tab. |
|
4.
|
Clear the All Day check box of the weekday that you want to change. |
A time span row appears with boxes in the Opening and Closing hour columns.

In the Opening Hour combo box, click the Clock icon. |
|
6.
|
Select an Opening time in the time picker. |
|
7.
|
In the Closing Hour combo box, click the Clock icon. |
|
8.
|
Select a Closing time in the time picker. |
|
9.
|
If you want to add another Open / Close time span for the day, click on the Add icon to the right. |
Another time span row appears.
|
10.
|
Follow steps 3 to 6 to select another time span. |

11.
|
Follow Steps 2 to 8 for each day that you want to change. |
Exceptions to general store hours are added by date.

Click Stores in the navigation panel. |
|
2.
|
Select a Store from the list. |
|
3.
|
Select the Store Hours tab. |
|
4.
|
At the bottom of the page, click the Add an exception button. |
An exception row appears in the Exceptions section.
|
5.
|
In the Name field, enter a name that identifies the exception, New Year's Day, for example. |
|
6.
|
In the Start Date combo box, click the Calendar icon. |
|
7.
|
Select a Start Date in the date picker. |
|
8.
|
In the End Date combo box, click the Calendar icon. |
|
9.
|
Select an End Date in the date picker. |
|
10.
|
If you want to add another Exception, click the Add an exception button. |
Another exception row appears.

Select a Store from the list. |

Select the Store Hours tab. |

At the bottom of the page, click the Add an exception button. |

5.
|
An exception row appears in the Exceptions section. |

6.
|
In the Name field, enter a name that identifies the exception, New Year's Day, for example. |

7.
|
If the store is closed, such as on New Year's Day, clear the Opened check box. |
A Closed label appears in the Opening Hour column.
If the store is open but with modified hours, such as on Black Friday or Boxing Day.

Select a Store from the list. |

Select the Store Hours tab. |
|
4.
|
At the bottom of the page, click the Add an exception button. |

|
An exception row appears in the Exceptions section. |

6.
|
In the Name field, enter a name that identifies the exception, Boxing Day, for example. |
|
7.
|
Leave the Opened check box active. |
|
8.
|
In the Opening Hour combo box, click the Clock icon. |
|
9.
|
Select an Opening time in the time picker. |
|
10.
|
In the Closing Hour combo box, click the Clock icon. |
|
11.
|
Select a Closing time in the time picker. |
|

Follow the steps in one of the preceding Add an exception tasks. |
|
2.
|
Select the Recurring check box. |
The Start and End Date boxes no longer display the year.
