Viewing Email Templates

You can view a list of all the email templates that are defined in the Global scope, or in a Sales or Dependent scope. You can also view the contents of a template for each of the system languages.

When a template exists in both the selected scope and its parent scope, only the template from the selected scope is shown in the list.

Viewing email templates:

1. In the Navigation panel on the left, click Email Templates. A list of all the email templates that are defined in the Global scope is displayed by default.
2. Select the scope that you require by using the Scope selector. A list of all the email templates that are associated with the selected scope is displayed.
3. Double-click a template in the list, to view the details of that email template.
4. OPTIONAL: You can use the language-culture drop-down in the top right of the email template details panel to select the template in another language, if available.

The language-culture options offered in the drop-down are dependent on the language-culture settings defined in System > Administration > Languages.
