Viewing Email Templates
SETTINGS > ADMINISTRATION
You can view a list of all the email templates that are defined in the Global scope, or in a Sales or Dependent scope. You can also view the contents of a template for each of the system languages.
When a template exists in both the selected scope and its parent scope, only the template from the selected scope is shown in the list.

In the Navigation panel on the left, click Email Templates. A list of all the email templates that are defined in the Global scope is displayed by default.

Select the scope that you require by using the Scope selector. A list of all the email templates that are associated with the selected scope is displayed. |

Double-click a template in the list, to view the details of that email template. |

OPTIONAL: You can use the language-culture  drop-down in the top right of the email template details panel to select the template in another language, if available. |
The language-culture options offered in the drop-down are dependent on the language-culture settings defined in System > Administration > Languages.
