Pausing a Campaign

MARKETING > CAMPAIGNS

You can temporarily deactivate a campaign if you need to review its promotions without allowing them to apply to new orders or if you need to modify the campaign's name or date range.

Some changes cannot be made while the campaign is live. This is the case for all entries in the Campaign Information tab. Promotions, however, can be modified without pausing the campaign. While the campaign is paused, no promotions can be applied to orders.

Pausing a Campaign

1.

Locate the campaign you need to pause and click its name to access it.

2.

In the Details panel toolbar click Pause.

The status of the campaign is changed to Paused.

Restarting a Campaign

1.

Locate the campaign you need to restart and click its name to access it.

2.

In the Details panel toolbar click Publish.

The status of the campaign is changed to Live.
