Removing Conditions from a Marketing Segment

Once conditions have been added to a segment, you can remove them at any time if they are no longer suitable. In order to remove a condition from a segment, you must delete the corresponding group.

Deleting a condition group

1. Access the Segments section of the Marketing application.

The Segment List is displayed.

2. Click the segment from which you need to remove conditions.

The Segment Details panel is displayed.

3. Click the X in the upper right corner of any Group box to remove it from the segment.

The entire Group will be removed without further confirmation.

Single conditions cannot be removed from a group. Should you need to remove a single condition from a group, the group must be deleted and recreated without the inappropriate condition.

4. Click Save.
5. OPTIONAL : Click the Back arrow in the upper-left corner of the screen to return to the Segment List.

Clicking the Back arrow prior to saving your changes will discard all your modifications.

Click Cancel to discard your changes.
