Removing Conditions from a Marketing Segment
Once conditions have been added to a segment, you can remove them at any time if they are no longer suitable. In order to remove a condition from a segment, you must delete the corresponding group.
Deleting a condition group
| 1. | Access the Segments section of the Marketing application. |
The Segment List is displayed.
| 2. | Click the segment from which you need to remove conditions. |
The Segment Details panel is displayed.
| 3. | Click the X in the upper right corner of any Group box to remove it from the segment. |
The entire Group will be removed without further confirmation.
Single conditions cannot be removed from a group. Should you need to remove a single condition from a group, the group must be deleted and recreated without the inappropriate condition.
| 4. | Click Save. |
| 5. | OPTIONAL : Click the Back arrow in the upper-left corner of the screen to return to the Segment List. |
Clicking the Back arrow prior to saving your changes will discard all your modifications.
Click Cancel to discard your changes.
